PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR SPACE

  • There are to be no sales of drug or medicine paraphernalia or substances, fireworks, firearms, etc. This includes cannabis and alcohol. This is a 100% plant-based health and wellness festival. Selling or displaying merchandise containing animal products of any kind is not allowed.
  • If you are observed with merchandise containing animal products or illicit substances, you will be asked to remove these items from your display. You may also be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding.

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS

  • All exhibitor spaces are 10x20. You may use a10x10 space for your storefront and camp behind it in the remaining 10x10 space or you can use the entire 10x20 space for your storefront and choose other sleeping accommodations. You have the option of a 2-day rental for Fri/Sat or 3-day rental for Fri/Sat/Sun. There are no 2-day Sat/Sun rentals. All exhibitors will load-in Thursday – see below for more details.


BOOTHS ARE FIRST COME / FIRST SERVE

  • Keep in mind that the sooner you pay for your booth, the better spot you will have. We start placing exhibitors in the best areas first according to time of purchase. YOUR BOOTH IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT.


TENT & SITE FURNISHINGS

  • The exhibitor must supply all tents. There will be no tent rentals on-site.
  • Tents MUST BE staked to the ground, weighted, and secured.
  • Exhibitor tents MUST BE (California Registered Inherently Flame Retardant F-572.01.) The tent MUST display a fire-retardant label and be clearly visible for fire and safety inspections.
  • We will have a limited number of tables and chairs available for rent. Please email lela@disclosurefest.org to request a reservation for these items. This inventory is first come/first serve.
  • Security is provided overnight, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


LOAD IN/OUT & HOURS OF OPERATON

  • Load-in for all exhibitors is Thursday, June 20th, from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
  • Load-out deadline for 2 day exhibitors is 8:30am, Sunday. You may camp Sat night at your booth as long as you have completely vacated the space by Sunday morning.
  • Load-out for 3 day exhibitors is Sunday, between 7:00pm and 12:00am. No exhibitors will be allowed to stay overnight on Sunday.
  • You will receive specific BOOTH LOCATIONS, CONTRACTS, load-in/out details, and all additional relevant information, no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • Hours for exhibiting are 10am-10pm. You are free to stay open after sundown, but please be sure to order electricity and/or bring lighting. Battey operated lighting only / NO GAS GENERATORS.


ADMISSION & PARKING

  • Each booth includes 2 general admission tickets (4 tickets for food vendors). If you need more than 2 tickets, please purchase them on the website, during check-out for your booth.
  • A parking pass is available as an add-on for this event at $75.00. This is mandatory if you need to park on-site and must be purchased with your booth.
  • If you need additional parking passes, you may purchase them with your order at the same price.
  • Pets are welcome (but must be kept on leash) and kids under 12 are free admission.


OPTIONAL OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS

  • You have the option of camping at your booth space, as described above.
  • You have the option of purchasing a pass to reserve a campsite at the Lake Castaic campgrounds (3 day pass is $66) from our website. Please be advised that there are limited spaces available.
  • You have the option of reserving a room at a nearby hotel, which are listed on our website.
  • You have the option of sleeping in your vehicle, located within the event lot, with the exception of RV’s and trailers. This only applies to standard size automobiles, vans and SUV’s that will fit in a standard parking space. This option is limited to 2 adults per vehicle.


SPEAKING REQUESTS

  • If you indicated that you would like to speak in addition to your booth rental, please follow up with an email to Adrian@disclosurfest.org to confirm we have a spot for you.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50% of full payment will be returned up to 75 days before the event. 30% of full payment will be returned 30-60 days before the event.
  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS BEYOND MAY 21, 2024. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.
  • Our June 21-23, 2024 event is a ‘Rain or Shine’ event. In the event of cancellation due to an unforeseen circumstance, natural disaster, or ‘act of god’, your fee is nonrefundable and may be transferred to a different DisclosureFest Foundation event. Your fee is considered a donation to DisclosureFest Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, located at POBOX 3711 Winnetka Ave, CA 91369.
